Welcome to TriSold ("TriSold," "we," "us"). We built this platform to help you run your resale business — list your items, cross-list to marketplaces you connect, manage inventory, and keep your books. These Terms of Service are the rules of the road. By creating an account or using our software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TriSold.
To use TriSold you create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are entirely responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
TriSold is a software tool. We do not own, inspect, store, or take possession of the items you list, we do not set your prices, and we are not a party to the sales between you and your buyers. You alone are the seller of record for everything you list through TriSold. You represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for your listings, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service, disputes, and for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.
TriSold lets you connect your own third-party marketplace and sales accounts (such as eBay or Etsy). When you connect an account, you authorize TriSold to create, update, and manage listings on that account on your behalf, according to the actions you take in the app. You connect each account through that provider's own secure sign-in, you may disconnect at any time, and you remain fully responsible for every listing created on your accounts.
No affiliation. TriSold is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook, or any other marketplace. All marketplace names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. Any marketplace may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue its access or policies at any time, and we are not responsible for those changes.
You agree not to use TriSold to list, promote, or facilitate the sale of any prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, recalled, infringing, or otherwise illegal item, and not to violate any law or any marketplace's policies. You also agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service or its systems. We may remove content and suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or any activity we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful.
TriSold's bookkeeping, tax-summary, pricing, and sourcing features are informational tools to help you organize your own business. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and TriSold is not a CPA, law firm, or financial advisor. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
TriSold is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party marketplace or API will be available or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriSold and its owners and operators are not liable for your listings, your sales, buyer or marketplace disputes, marketplace suspensions or fee changes, lost sales, lost profits, or lost or disrupted data, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid TriSold in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TriSold and its owners and operators from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: the items you list or sell; your use of the service; your violation of these terms; your violation of any law or any marketplace's policies; or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of TriSold after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any formal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts situated in North Carolina.
